Idea: The Yellow Comet

This was one of the first story ideas I wrote down in my idea notebook since (or in the middle of writing) "Benji's Katana."
Anyway, the story is about a character named Ellie. One day, she sees a boy being bullied on, and runs over to help. The problem? She can't fight. Still, she manages, somehow, someway, to get the bullies off the boy's back. He thanks her, and leaves.
You might ask, "All right. What's the point in that? Is this a short story, or the start of a romance?" I'm telling you now, it's NOT a romance.
The fun part comes AFTER she saves the boy. Suddenly, God gives her a ton of super-powers! She becomes the superhero of her hometown, and even continues to discover more powers, thanking God all the way.
But I'm not even done.
Then her father gets a job transfer to the city of Yinville, and the whole family moves to the city. There, Ellie's costumed half, the superhero Yellow Comet, starts to fight the crime lord Twizer's forces. And Twizer's getting ticked.
But Yellow Comet's "normal-girl" half uses her power too. After saving the famous president of Schweitzer Comp., Schweitzer, the guy hires Ellie as a daytime bodyguard! Ellie and Schweitzer become best friends fast.
But then Ellie finds out that Schweitzer is secretly the crime lord Twizer! She becomes badly shocked, and even SCHWEITZER wants to know what's wrong. Now has major decisions to make. The Bible says to love your enemies, and that keeps her going.
But how can she fight her own best friend, even as a superhero? How long can the secret of the Yellow Comet stay a secret? And can Ellie and Schweitzer stay friends, even though Schweitzer has no idea about who the Yellow Comet, and the fact that Ellie (AKA Yellow Comet) knows the secret of Twizer? She'll need God's strength to go through this.
Probably in this storyline, the other-dimension version of her GRANDDAUGHTER, Ellie Forster, becomes her sidekick. At the moment, E.F.'s superhero side's name is Power Pole, but it's going to get changed. Hey, it can be connected to Dragon Ball! No way am I risking THAT!!!
