Bi-Ying: Chapter 3, Finished!

I just finished writing Chapter 3 of Bi-Ying.
We learn something about Bi-Ying and his past. He's an orphan, and doesn't care for the world. His motto, "The world doesn't care, so I don't care."
We also learn about the existence of his twin cousins, the only people other than himself that he cares about.
We learn the name of our villain. She's Waspnet, and controlling bugs is her specialty. She is now part of the new evil organization Nixa. She and Bi-Ying were in a mafia together in Bi-Ying's past, so they've met.
We also meet Falcon, a boy with slightly adjusted genes. He has eyes like the eagle's.
We learn that Waspnet has been seriously messing up Mili.
But that isn't what gets Bi-Ying.
Waspnet has created "The Wasps" to take care of mutated children. But things aren't good. Most of the kids "disappear," and the Wasps punish for even minor mistakes... with BIG punishments.
Bi-Ying, being both an orphan and somoene who almost died from bad treatment at an orphanage, decides to put a stop to it. With Falcon at his side, Bi has suddenly made plans to go to the capital of Mili. There, he plans to stop Waspnet's bad orphan plan. And if the mess she made of Mili gets cleaned up on the way, so be it.
(So much for my plan to make him visit Darkori before he headed to stop the mess. Oh well!)
